What is Thirty West?

Thirty West was born in November 2015. It was founded as a passion project during undergraduate studies at Temple University. A single logo and a chapbook with a limited print run. Thirty West has been based out of the Philadelphia Metro of Pennsylvania ever since. Thirty West is the home of dozens of award-winning and well-rounded authors, from emerging to established poets and prose authors. At Thirty West, we edit. We design. We assemble. We mail. We nominate awards. We pay. The whole deal or none at all. Our books and wares are important to us, especially those we print and assemble by hand. We aspire to provide you with a wonderful reading experience. Thank you for visiting. With your support, an independent publisher lives to print another day.
